If
your're practice has now moved over to using NHS.Net email addresses
then you will need to send your Exported data in a slightly different
way (as an email attachment)
1. Ensure that there is a tick in the '
Save the statistics file locally' box and remove the tick from the '
Send as email attachment using MS Outlook' box as per the following screenshot:
2. Click on '
Export Statistics'

A standard Windows dialogue box will be displayed prompting you to
select a location for the export to be saved. Select a location you'll
be able to find again!

Log into your NHS.Net email account and generate a new blank message.
Attach the file saved in Step 3 and send the attachment to the
appropriate address from the following (depending on which PCT area your
practice is in) :
pctname@qualitymedicalsolutions.co.uk
(substitute pctname with the name of your pct e.g. anytownpct@qualitymedicalsolutions.co.uk)
