Before importing MIQUEST
queries into EMIS PCS, practices are strongly advised to clear old and
failed queries first. To do this:
1. Check that you have finished processing all the queries currently on the system.
2.
Before you import your queries from Contract Focus into PCS, Select
Clear all Queries from the
Configuration menu.

3. You will now be asked to confirm that you wish to clear all your queries. Type YES (all in upper case)
All your queries should now be cleared and each item on the left hand of the screen should display (0)
If you encounter any errors whilst carrying out the above it is important that you report this to EMIS support immediately.
